The official Netflix app for Windows 10 computers adds the option to download content to view it offline.

With more than 90 million users worldwide, Netflix continues to add content to its catalog and features to improve the service and further engage subscribers.

A few months ago the company added the possibility of downloading content to mobile devices, so that the series and movie chapters could be downloaded to the smartphones and tablets themselves to be played anywhere without needing an Internet connection. This is tremendously useful for traveling.

Download Netflix movies and series on Windows

This option came to Netflix applications on Android and iOS and now it also lands on Netflix for Windows 10. The official app of the service in the Microsoft system, which is available in the Windows Application Store, is being updated and you can already have this option.

As with mobile devices, when you open the Netflix application in Windows 10, you will report the news Download and go and how it works: simply click on the arrow that appears next to the content and automatically start downloading.

Of course, you cannot download absolutely all the content, but it is limited to a part of the catalog (most of it is that produced by Netflix, probably due to licensing issues).

On the other hand, from the configuration panel of the application for Windows 10 we can also adjust the video quality level (the higher the quality, the more the download will take up), as well as the option to clean all the downloads to free up said storage again.

You can find this application in the Microsoft Store and it’s completely free, of course:

Course this allow download series from netflix both on computers and laptops with Windows 10, and on tablets and convertibles with the system. What has not yet been confirmed is whether the option will also reach Netflix for Xbox, although here it would make less sense since, as a general rule, the console does not usually move from home (and always has a connection).
