We imagine that we have the need to create a document collaboratively. Desktop applications are generally discarded unless they incorporate real-time remote editing between multiple people. And for this we resort to applications such as Google Docs or Zoho Docs, among others, but there will be people who do not have an account in those services or do not want or do not even know how to do it. We have it much easier with Typewith.me
You are right, Typewith.me It is a very easy tool for create simple texts collaboratively without the need for user accounts. We just have to create the document with just one click, and we are in our workspace. If you look at the URL, be the URL of said document, which will be the one that we deliver to our collaborators by whatever means we deem appropriate so that they contribute their collaboration in the creation of the document.
We are all within the space for the creation of our document, where we can also put it in full screen and even hide the sidebar, and also, we can start conversations through the chat that is available in said sidebar. In addition, we can save each of the revisions and when we already have the text document created, taking into account that it hardly has formatting options, since we can export it to one of the supported document types, among them, in PDF or in OpenDocument.
A simple utility that surely more than one of us will use it to have it on hand, or in our bookmarks bar, at any specific time.
