Qwiki – Search engine that displays information as interactive videos

Qwiki - Search engine that displays information as interactive videos

When i have seen Qwiki I have been quite surprised to see what it is capable of, since it considerably changes the way we consume information through the internet.

This project in alpha phase, allows to search for terms in the network in a different way, since when we obtain the result instead of having several options and links to see, we will get a video presentation, which will show us from Google maps, to images and videos, seasoned with texts that we will hear out loud thanks to the speech engine it incorporates.

In this way, what we will find to be a interactive video in which we can move freely between the different sections or if we want, just watch, no need to continue browsing among the different results obtained, and best of all, these presentations are generated automatically by the server itself.

At the moment we can only see the results of some test topics, and request an invitation to test the application, but I have to say that the idea is very ingenious, especially to search for information in a more domestic environment. We will have to wait and see how this promising technology evolves.
