Today jobtandalent is presented in Madrid, a Spanish project that brings together for the first time on an online platform young professionals with a university education and leading companies.
The project, founded by a group of young Spanish entrepreneurs, already has more than 160 leading companies from various sectors and around 25,000 users.
The platform offers new functionalities inspired by social networks such as Facebook, Tuenti or Twitter to encourage interaction between companies and professionals, thus facilitating the exchange of information, the discovery of professional opportunities and the selection process.
Currently, the platform has 45% of the IBEX35 firms and a large representation of multinational companies (BBVA, Deloitte, Indra, L’Oreal, LVMH, Management Solutions, Morgan Stanley, PricewaterhouseCoopers or Ura y Menndez, etc. ). jobandtalent is specialized in the banking, law, consulting, auditing, engineering and consumer sectors, and its objective is to reach more than 300 companies attached to the platform and 100,000 users by the end of the year.
Jobandtalent’s business model is based on invoicing only companies based on their hiring needs and their communication strategy (employer branding). Companies can create a completely free profile on jobandtalent to start building their community and only pay when they want to contact users who are tailored to their needs. This business model allows companies to optimize their investment in recruiting.
