Apple Introduces New iPad, Red iPhone 7, and New Straps for Apple Watch

After a morning with the Apple Store closed, Apple has unveiled its new range of products for spring: a red iPhone 7, a low-cost iPad and a new collection of straps.

When we were all waiting for a new event Apple has decided to surprise us and stop paraphernalia to present its new range of products directly on its website.

A new iPad forno pro

The most important product of all is the new iPad that comes to replace the Air 2. Along the way it has not only lost the surname if not it has also reduced its price from 429 to 399 in its 32 GB version. A price that makes the eliPad mini 4 80 more expensive. Although it has not only lost things, this new model has a 64-bit A9 chip, 8 mpx rear camera, 1.2 mpx front camera, two stereo speakers, Touch ID and retina display.

As usual with the iPad, this new Apple tablet has a retina screen, battery with a duration of 10 h, weighs less than half kilo (469g) and can be configured with a 4G LTE connection.

The main difference with the Pro models is that this iPad not compatible with Apple Pencil or Smart Keyboard and it has a less powerful processor.

New Straps for the Apple Watch

In addition, Apple has taken the opportunity to announce the new spring 2017 collection of straps for the Apple Watch. The new collection features:

  • Sport strap in gray pebble, light blue and camellia.
  • Nylon strap in berry, orange, red, pollen yellow, lagoon blue and night blue.
  • Caramel, berry, taupe, sapphire, red, night blue and black leather strap.
  • Herms Double Tour Strap in Fauve and Bleu Zphyr color.

In addition, Nike Sport straps will start to be sold separately for a price of 59.

A red iPhone 7 to fight AIDS

Although it is only a static change, the most striking product without a doubt is the new red iPhone 7. A special edition of the terminal that we met last fall with aluminum finished in red. This new color comes to commemorate the more than 10 years that Apple has been collaborating with (RED), an organization that seeks to end AIDS and raise awareness about the disease. As he has been doing all these years, Apple donate a percentage of the profit you get for each phone sold. Money that will add to the more than 130 million dollars that he has donated to the foundation. New red iPhone 7 will go on sale next Friday, March 24. Investors in the stock market have certainly loved it.
